Cooking with Honey Workshop in Copenhagen
We offer two unique days with skilled presentations of honey and a workshop with Italian cooking with honey in the center of Copenhagen. A Scandinavian honey tasting, and a food walk with Danish lunch - and much more. Here is the program:
Monday, September 29
- 9:00-12:30: Honey Sensory Workshop by BeeSources – Raffaele Dall'Olio 
- Descriptive tasting of single origin honeys 
- 13:00-19:00: Cooking with Honey by Wellness Gourmet – Andrea Tibaldi and Laura Nanni 
- Pairing different types of honey with Italian cheese 
- Preparation of side dishes and main courses using different types of honey 
- Preparation of traditional Italian desserts with honey 
Tuesday, September 30
- 9:00-13:00: Sensory Journey through Scandinavia 
- Presentation of 3 honeys from each Scandinavian country by Katrine Klinken (Denmark), Viktoria Bassani (Sweden), and Cecilie Stensrud (Norway) 
- Discussion about honey in Scandinavian cuisine with food samples 
- 13:00-16:30: Danish food traditions and contemporary food scene (guided tour and Danish lunch by Katrine Klinken) 
- 16:30-18:00: Sensory evaluation of heather honeys from different parts of the world

This international event is held just after the Apimondia2025 where a potential of 10.000 beekeepers are going on a conference i Copenhagen. A week about bees, beekeeping, honey and other bee products.
